Our online store offers the following shipping methods:
- BoxNow Express – 2.50€ (locker pickup)
- Speedex Courier – 3.00€
- ELTA Courier – 3.50€
- Comvos Express – 3.50€
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available via Speedex, Elta Courier and Comvos Express with an additional charge of €2.50. The BoxNow Express service does not support cash on delivery.
Weight Charges
For every additional kilogram beyond the initial shipment weight, there is an extra charge of €1.00 for all courier services.
Shipping Time
Orders placed Monday to Friday until 16:00 are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery is usually completed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
For remote areas and certain islands, delivery times may vary. Delays may also occur due to extreme weather conditions or transportation issues.

Upon delivery, please carefully check the condition of the packaging and the products, in order to identify any visible issues (e.g. damage, wrong item).

We also ship internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
