The customer/buyer is obliged to inspect the products upon receipt, at the time of delivery of the order, as well as the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging, in order to ascertain any defects that may have arisen during transport.
6. ORDER MODIFICATION
Modification of the order is possible before it is completed and registered. To do so, the user/buyer may select the shopping cart and either change the quantities of specific or all products by pressing the “update” button, or completely delete specific or all products by selecting the “delete” button.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of an order, after it has been registered in the system of the online store www.hobbyland.gr, is possible only under specific and strict conditions:
A) The user may cancel the order within 3 hours from its registration in the system of the online store www.hobbyland.gr, by telephone at 2310 888814 or by email at sales@hobbyland.gr.
B) If the user wishes to cancel the order after the lapse of the 3 hours mentioned above, they must contact us by telephone or email using the contact details provided. In the event that the items of the order which the user has chosen to cancel were immediately available and have already been scheduled for shipment, “Hobbyland” bears no responsibility and cannot proceed with the cancellation of the order.
